The 125th anniversary of Santiago Ramón y Cajal's visit to the United States offers a unique opportunity to honor his legacy through an exhibition that highlights his scientific contributions and photographic journey.
Join us on October 25 for an event commemorating Santiago Ramón y Cajal’s groundbreaking contributions to science. The exhibition will explore Cajal’s travels to the United States and highlight his legacy as a scientist, educator, scientific diplomat, and global citizen. In addition, the event will follow a series of discussions focused on neuroscience and the deep historical connection between Spain and the United States. The exhibit opening will begin with an introduction by exhibit's curator Alberto J Schuhmacher and HE. Marta de Blas Mayordomo, Consul General of Spain in New York.
